August 2, 2024 DAS Solar, a leader in N-type technology, holds the certification ceremony of “TÜV Rheinland Witness Laboratory” in Zhejiang, China. With N-type technology at its core, DAS Solar has set the world record for conversion efficiency of large-area TOPCon cells for three consecutive times within eight months. The cell achieves an impressive mass production efficiency of up to 26.6%, and a open-circuit voltage of 742mV. At SNEC 2024, the Diamond series of DBC modules launched by DAS Solar won wide recognition in the industry for its outstanding performance in terms of power, safety and stability.
